Balakahn Sweet Conquest 13.1 (not officially measured)
5yo
Sire: Willocrowft Spring Conquest
Dam: Sanlirra Sohpie
Legalos is a lovely quiet Riding Pony - probably one of the quietest around. He has been doing horsemanship since we rescued him at the age of 2. My daughter started him as a stallion and rode him in many different outings, including Silversands clinics. He was then gelded at 3 1/2 years old. He was then shown at a few local shows where he was beautifully behaved.
He has soft lateral movement, excellent stops and rein backs and moves off the slightest pressure. Walk pirouette establshed and working on faster spins. He goes forward with the slightest rise of energy and is therefore only suited to an experienced rider. Very balanced at walk, trott and canter and Jess was working on Self Collection and flying changes whilst he was in full work.
Jess has popped him over a few jumps which he takes in his stride.
The only reason he is for sale is that my daughter grew out of him long ago and it is such a waste for him to just sit in the paddock. He is priced way under value at $3000, but this only reflects the current market climate and the fact he is no longer in consistent work.
